Dragon boat racing is a very time-consuming sport. Therefore, commitment is the most important factor in our club.
Regardless of how often you train on your own, club members are expected to schedule themselves to attend as many trianing sessions as possible.
It is important to train together as a team to build great team spirit, chemistry and friendship.
Good Attitude:
It is important to maintain a positive attitude throughout the season.
To be in shape:
Dragon boat racing is a very intense sport not only physically, but mentally as well.
All club members are expected to train independently in a gym or at home with suitable training equipment all year round.
