Our captain, Jimmy Chan

Our captain, Jimmy Chan, is the founder and organizer of our club. He is also the vice-president of the Montreal Chan's Association called the Montreal Gee How Oak Tin Association. He was one of the very first people to form a Dragon Boat Team in 1996.

Jimmy Chan is also the director of our Montreal Chinese Community United Centre (MCCUC), and he is the president of the MCCUC Cultural Center Chinese Youth Centre in Chinatwon.

Jimmy Chan has invited and recruited athletes who have shown their passion for this sport to join the team, Dragon Knights (men's team) for ten years and Phoenix Knights (mixed team), which was formed and became a very competitive team since 2004 in Montreal, which are the two very successful teams in the Club.
